Returns and Refunds

Brit Bom will happily exchange merchandise within 7 days. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition.

Brit Bom does not refund items unless there is a manufacturer fault. The items can, however, be exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON OUR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS AS THIS PRODUCT IS PERSONALLY MADE FOR YOU.

When returning your merchandise, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. You are responsible for the cost of shipping if you are returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only full priced items may be exchanged. Any sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Return shipping costs are R100.
